What is an "interaction"? 

We are going to explain to you what an innercation is and how this technique can help you anywhere and anytime create a calm, happy and/or joyful moment for yourself.

Innercation:

Most people take outward breaks like going on a vacation, grabbing a cup of coffee or going for a walk, but an innercation is an inward break. Location is NOT an important factor. You can take an innercation anywhere. The purpose is to use your imagination to explore your innerworld. Pick a place you once visited or visualize a place that you have always dreamed of and explore it during your innercation.

Action:

Take 15 minutes to listen to this meditation to your right. This meditation is going to help you visualize and create an innercation of your own. Just like your R.E.S.S.E.T Word you will be able to use this technique anytime and anywhere when you need to replace stressful moments with joyful ones!
